Privacy notice for business contacts

1. Who processes your data

2. What data

First and last name, job title, company, business email and phone, LinkedIn profile, and notes on our conversations.

3. Where it comes from

Public professional sources (company websites, LinkedIn, trade press), B2B professional data providers, or direct contact with you or our network.

4. Why we use it

To contact you, in a professional capacity only, about Roundabout services related to your work: creator analysis and influencer marketing campaigns. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting our services to companies (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use personal email addresses.

5. How long

Up to 24 months from the last contact, or until you object. After an objection we keep only your address on a suppression list so that we never contact you again.

6. Who else sees it

Our authorised collaborators and the providers we use, as processors: HubSpot (CRM), Google Workspace (email), Oxygen (email sending). Some may process data outside the EU under GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

7. Your rights

You can object at any time: just reply “STOP” to one of our emails or write to [email protected]. You can also request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
