A TOOL YOU CAN TRUST
What you see
A complete proposal, not an estimate
From the pasted brief to the PDF you forward: three scenarios, matched creators with the rationale, the forecast on real benchmarks, and the final price. All on one page you can share.
screens rebuilt from the product · sample brief, no real brand
You paste the brief, you don't fill it in
Call notes, the client brief, or the site URL: the fields extract themselves. The configurator stays editable by hand.
Goal, markets, channels, niches
Awareness, launch, conversion, assets for ads. Twelve markets, Instagram and TikTok, over 150 niches. Cities only for local promos.
Three engagement types
Promo on the creators' channels, UGC for yours, or Promo + UGC together. It changes what you get and where it's published.
Reference budget, optional
If you give it, the scenarios build around it. If you leave it blank, we estimate it from the brief.
Start, Recommended, Scale
The sensible minimum, the balance, presence over time. You look at them side by side: creators, content, months, tier mix, and price.
The price is final and known from the start
All included: service, creator engagement, license. What you approve is what you spend, VAT excluded. It doesn't change along the way.
Real fees per market and tier
Four bands: Italy and southern Europe, Germany and France, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, the United States. Fees validated on executed campaigns, not price lists.
One is recommended, with the why
The scenario that best fits the brief is flagged, and the rationale is written out: you can disagree, but you know what you're choosing.
Scope and mirroring
Creators by country and level, by channel, with each creator's content modules: a reel and a set of stories on Instagram, a video on TikTok.
Results forecast on real benchmarks
Views and interactions estimated from the median of real profiles in the same niche and market. Updated at every fee revision. Indicative, not a guarantee.
What's included in the price
Creator pay, contracts and payments, selection and validation, content approval with one rework, usage licenses, reports per content and creator.
Licenses stated
14-day advertising license on Meta and TikTok Ads, 12-month organic use, exclusivity one week before and one after. Written in the quote, not in the notes.
Examples of on-target creators, with the rationale
Profiles representative of the scouting direction, with "why for you," market fit, and engagement. The full shortlist comes after confirmation.
Shareable link
You send it to your boss or client, and comment right in it. Whoever opens it doesn't have to sign up.

How many times it was opened, by whom, what they replied. The decision is logged in the quote, even if it came through another channel.

How a budget is built
What moves the price isn't the number of creators.
Three variables, weighted on real market benchmarks. The quote applies them to your brief and returns a final price, all included.

The questions people ask us before requesting a quote

How much does an influencer marketing campaign cost?
It depends on three things: the creator tier, the market, and the advertising license. With the same content, the tier weighs up to seven times, the market up to 3.3x on Instagram, the license from 12% to 88%. That's why we don't give a price list: the quote applies the ratios to your brief and returns three scenarios with the final price. To get an order of magnitude, generate one: it's free.
What's included in the price?
Everything needed to execute: creator pay, contracts, compliance and payments, profile selection and validation, content approval with one rework, the 14-day advertising license on Meta and TikTok Ads, organic use for 12 months, exclusivity one week before and one after, the report per content and per creator. Out of scope: the media budget for sponsored ads, studio production, managing the brand's channels.
Can the budget change along the way?
No. The price you approve is what you spend. If a creator on the shortlist isn't available, we replace them with one of the same tier and the same market, at the same cost. It only changes if you change the scope: more creators, one more market, a longer license. In that case you get a new quote, first.
Why does the advertising license weigh so much?
Because it's fixed per tier: the right to use a piece of content in your ads costs almost the same for a creator with 8,000 followers and one with 80,000. On the small one it weighs up to 88% of the pay, on the big one 12%. If you need assets for ads, the quote knows it and shifts the mix toward tiers where the license weighs less.
Do you pay the creators?
Yes. The contract with each creator is ours, we handle payment once publication is approved. You get a single invoice, at the quote price. The creators don't deal with you and you don't manage eleven vendors.
Can I use the quote with my own brand?
With Pro, yes. The PDF comes out with your agency's logo and the price you set for the client: ours stays visible only to you. The shareable link works the same way. Free includes the link, not the branded PDF.
How much should I pay a creator with 50,000 followers?
There's no single price: three levers move cost far more than size alone. A creator with 50,000 followers sits in the Pro tier, and on the Instagram rate card for the Italian market, moving from the Mid tier (10-40k) to Pro costs ×1.75; the same Pro creator in a pricier market reaches ×3.3; a license to run the content in paid media adds a further +71.4% on top of the base package. The quote breaks out all three, so you can see which one is moving the price.
UGC or promo — which is better?
They're different things: promo is a post on the creator's own profile to their audience; UGC is content the creator produces for the brand to use on its own channels. Use promo when the creator's voice and audience matter; use UGC when you need material to run in advertising. They're often combined.
