Campaigns CRM · Promo and UGC, executed by us

A single CRM to control your entire creator program

You approve the shortlist and the content, we handle the rest: contracts, licenses, creator payments, shipping, publications. Every step is tracked, no shortcuts. At the end of the campaign the numbers are measured content by content from the creators' insights, not estimated.

1 · BriefAlignment and formalization2–4 days

The brief, just once

You upload your brief as a PDF or fill in the guided fields. Everything is reworked into an operational brief for the creators, ready to execute.

  • Official PDF or guided fields

Brand, product, target, goal, content, guidelines, tags and mentions, logistics.

  • Approve or send back for review

One status, tracked: who approved, when.

  • The same version for everyone

The PDF the creators read is the one you approved.

2 · Creator teamScouting and validation5–7 days

You evaluate and approve the creators

Based on your brief requirements, a list of proposed profiles is generated by country and level, with up-to-date niches and KPIs.

  • By country, level, and niche

Mid, Pro, Macro; Italy, Europe, USA. Each profile with its niches and availability.

  • Status of each creator

Proposed → in selection → in contact → contracted. No skips.

  • Full analyses included

On all the campaign's creators, from any plan, without using quota.

3 · FulfillmentProduct, codes, linksin parallel · 1–2 wks

Product, codes, and tracked links

You activate only the modules you need: shipping, product assignment, experience or event, tracked links, coupons. You provide; we ship, track, and count.

  • Shipping and product supply management

Tracked links, shipping, product assignment, experience / event, custom modules.

  • Link and coupon tracking with GA4

One Roundabout link per creator, on the domain declared in the brief. You log the coupon redemptions yourself.

  • Managing offline experiences and everything else you need

For each creator, with the dates.

4 · ContentProduction and supervision2–4 weeks

You approve before it goes live

Scripts and content are always approved by you and, if needed, corrected. You comment on a precise point in the video, request a fix, approve. Every step stays written down: who, what, when.

  • Script → caption → video

Three steps per creator, each with its own status.

  • Reworks included for each creator

The correction request is tracked and the creator receives it as is.

  • Full history

Creator, client, Roundabout: every action with its date.

5 · PublicationsPublishing and activationcampaign weeks

Planned and actual calendar

Coordinate the timing and the go-live against the editorial plan you need to keep.

  • Planned vs. actual

Per content, per platform. Delays show in red, you don't find out later.

  • License recorded

On every publication: which one, for how long, where.

  • Timeline of phases

Selection, production, go-live, insight collection, report: week by week.

6 · ReportMonitoring and reportingongoing + closing

Numbers measured, not estimated

Overall KPIs with forecast and benchmark, per-content metrics read from the creators' insights, comment sentiment and intent, traffic from links. The cells we don't have stay empty, and we say so.

  • KPIs with forecast and benchmark

Impressions, reach, engagement, saves, clicks: against the quote's forecast and the paid benchmark.

  • Sentiment analysis and comment intent

What the audience says, what it asks, who's already tried it. With the voices, not just the percentages.

  • PDF report, from any plan

With the written verdict once collection is complete: what worked, what to improve.

Questions

The questions people ask us before trusting us with a campaign

If you don't find yours, write to us: we reply within one business day.

How do you measure a campaign if the platforms don't give reach?

Reach, saves, and watch time aren't exposed by any API for third-party profiles: only the creator sees them. We read them from the insights the creator shares, content by content, and log them with the date. If a data point doesn't come in, the cell stays empty and the report says so. Impressions, likes, and public comments we update weekly, automatically.

Who pays the creators?

We do. The contract with each creator is ours, payment goes out once publication is approved. You get a single invoice, at the quote price. You don't manage ten vendors, you don't front anything to anyone.

Can I choose the creators myself?

Yes, on the shortlist we build: for each profile you mark first or second choice, or you drop it. If you have a creator in mind, we vet them with the same thirteen checks as the others. No one enters the campaign whom you haven't approved.

How long does it take from quote to first publication?

Usually four to six weeks: two to four days for alignment and contract, five to seven for scouting and shortlist, about a week for creative and creator contracts, two to four for production and approval. Product supply runs in parallel. You see the timeline with the dates in the campaign, week by week.

What happens if a creator doesn't publish?

You see it coming: the planned publication goes late, in red, and we're already on the creator. If they don't publish within the contract terms, we replace them with a profile of the same level and market, at the same cost, or we refund the quota. The price you approved doesn't change.

Can I show the campaign to my client?

Yes. You invite whoever you want into the campaign and decide, section by section, what they see: the report and the content yes, the contracts and the fees no, for example. The final report downloads as a PDF from any plan; with Pro it comes out with your brand.
